Wow, this stuff is good. I usually stick with Al Fakher because it’s not too cheap and not too expensive, assuming there couldn’t be too much of a difference between this and, say, Starbuzz.
But there is a noticable difference. Starbuzz is a bit more expensive, but it’s also a bit higher quality.
The flavor of Starbuzz Pomegranate shisha is just sweet enough, without a hint of harshness. This is the sort of shisha you could smoke for hours and never feel like it’s wearing on your lunges or taste buds.
Incidentally I don’t have any pictures of the Starbuzz shisha itself, since I was smoking it at a hookah bar (King Tut’s — Tempe, AZ)… here’s what I do have though:
Starbuzz shisha smoke:

The hot hot coals that heated up that Starbuzz shisha:

I thought that Starbuzz is all hype in light of there Budweiser-esque posters, but it turns out that the extra cost really is worth it.
Also, here’s what King Tut’s interior looks like:

Al Fakher Double Apple flavored shisha. Dependable brand, dependable flavor. Al Fakher tends to be reasonably priced as well, especially for this level of quality — usually not more than nine or ten bucks for a large container
As for the shisha: just enough sweet, just enough zing. Good smoke quality… almost impossible to mess up. If you’re a beginner in the hookah/shisha scene, try starting out with this brand and this flavor to get off to a positive start. If you don’t like this stuff, then there’s a good chance you won’t like any kind of shisha.

Ever think to mix blueberry and mint shisha? Me neither.
I’ve never been a fan of mint shisha, but this mixture brings the best of both worlds — sweetness from the fruity blueberry with the refreshing zing of mint.
Brands used:
Havana Blueberry Shisha

and Al Fakher Blueberry

“Al Fakheer” apparently is another way to spell “Al Fakher.”

Al Fakher: the shisha that delivers.

Al Fakher packed it for me and made it easy to poke little holes in it. Now all i need is a rip cord to make it heat up automatically and i’ll be set.
As far as good smoking quality, you can depend on Al Fakher to deliver. My local smoke shop doesn’t carry it for whatever reason, so i usually don’t get it. But my friends wore me out eventually with their insistence that this one is the best… so now i will go out of my way to get this particular brand. Al Fakher is the Lexus of Shisha.
