I watch for new hookah items on the major Hookah Products companies and also try to find the smaller, unheard of companies too, some in other countries.

He smoked cigarettes and had stopped a few months ago but wanted an occaisional smoke.    He has a nargilah (Hookah) so I gave him some of my Herbal shisha.

Let’s face it, tobacco is a large leaf cut into tiny strips. The most nicotine in regular shisha is .05% not a lot, but for some that is too much.
