This video is a bit on the long side, but still entertaining.  A lot of smoke rings tricks are included here including the cheek tap ring method, shooting a small ring through a big one and even smoke rings out of the nose.  Intro is about 10 seconds.  These guy have obviously spent a long time practicing this stuff.

When you pile too many hot coals onto your hookah bowl, it can start to burn too fast, creating a harsh, sometimes sour tasting smoke.  It’s not fun to smoke searing hot smoke.  You can tell your bowl is burning too fast when it smokes a lot all by itself, kind of like this:

They are using a coal lighter/holder to keep the coals right next to the flame.

In retrospect, I think this lighting apparatus would have been useful for my recent experience with Coco Nara.
